Meet Kim Patterson

Kim offers friendly and professional consults, grounded in authenticity with a non-judgemental approach. Working with those suffering from anxiety and stress, and who may be approaching burnout, Kim works to bring them back to their healthy and authentic selves.

Kim has a passion for thyroid health. Working with patients who have both diagnosed thyroid disease and those who feel there is “something off” with their thyroid health. Starting with a basis of appropriate identification of thyroid disorders, and education, she aims to achieve healthy thyroid function through client specific lifestyle and dietary modifications, and targeted therapeutic prescriptions.

Kim also has a special area of interest in skin health, having experience working within a busy Naturopathic skin clinic. She works with a two step approach – firstly by giving the patient the nutrients needed for optimal skin healing and health, whilst exploring the underlying causes and contributing factors that have contributed to the individual skin condition.

Kim blends the science of herbs and nutrition, with energetic medicine to achieve highly personalised healthcare with a strong focus on health education and empowerment.
